Friendly, helpful, and has a nice co-pilot (Freya). I was lucky enough to schedule a tow with him. Called a half hour ahead of time to verify, and he was just down the road. What more can you ask for? In the unfortunate event I will need a tow again, I will call Thin Line first.

My vehicle broke down at a gas station in Billings when I was traveling home to Wyoming. I had two small children with me and no way to get my vehicle moved to a safer location. After I was able to figure out how to get home, I called Thin Line, with a recommendation from a friend, and he was so great to work with! He was kind in a stressful situation and was even willing to call the gas station and talk to the manager so that my vehicle would be able to stay there until he could tow it to a friend's house for me. I am grateful for his help and will recommend his company to anyone who needs it! Thank you again for you help!

This company is amazing! Shows up when they say and is great at communication. Very helpful and great at what they do. There is one driver who comes off a bit strange, but once you get to know him, he's cool.

Last week my family got stranded just outside Billings. We didn't have a lot of money since it was only supposed to be a trip for an appointment. After calling numerous tow companies and mechanics we were referred to thin line by Darrin from top tech automotive. We were waiting for a call back but we got picked up by a couple of Montana HP so we could get warm. Once I was able to charge my phone I had found out they were able to tow my vehicle to the mechanic. They were amazing to cut the price down to help our family out and since Google took us to the wrong place the mechanic was able to pick up the bill and just added it to our bill. Overall fantastic service for a family in distress.
