Vehicle recovery refers to retrieving vehicles that are stuck - for example in snow, mud, or ditches - and returning them safely to the road or a repair facility. Our team is equipped and experienced to handle these situations.
Can you help if I'm locked out of my vehicle?
Yes. If you've accidentally locked your keys inside your vehicle, we can safely unlock your car without damaging the locks or door mechanisms.
Do you operate 24 hours a day?
Yes ― we provide 24/7 emergency roadside assistance and towing services, so you can call anytime you need help.
What should I do while waiting for help?

How do you handle payment?
We accept major payment methods including cash and most credit/debit cards. If you have specific questions about payment before service, just call us.
Do you provide upfront pricing?
When possible, we'll provide an estimate over the phone based on your situation. Because each call can vary (distance, vehicle type, weather, etc.), final pricing is confirmed once service begins.
What happens if I have a complaint or issue?
We want every customer to be satisfied. If you have concerns about services or charges, call our office directly so we can address them. If an issue remains unresolved, you can contact the Montana Office of Consumer Protection or the Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee for assistance.
Can you assist with long-distance tows?
Yes ― we have the equipment and capability for longer-distance towing jobs, including flatbed service when needed.
